Today we are going to keep learning the sound qualities. Remember that in past weeks we learned how sounds could be short or long, and loud or soft?
Hoy vamos a seguir aprendiendo las cualidades del sonido. ¿Os acordáis de que en semanas anteriores aprendimos que los sonidos podían ser cortos o largos, y fuertes o flojos?
Well, today we are going to learn about the pitch.
Pues hoy vamos a aprender sobre la altura.
The pitch is the quality of the sound that divides sounds into high or low.
La altura es la cualidad del sonido que divide a los sonidos en altos y bajos.
Let's hear some examples. Below the video, I will leave you the answers:

2. Timpani: low
3. String bass: high
4. Piccolo: high

Pitch is the quality of the sound that makes the musical notes. And these are one of the most important elements of music!
La altura es la cualidad del sonido que hace que existan las notas musicales. ¡Y estas son uno de los elementos más importantes de la música!
For the next exercise, you have to repeat the notes. Let's see if you can complete the 6 levels!!
Para la siguiente actividad, tenéis que repetir las notas. ¡A ver si conseguís completar los 6 niveles!
